His commitment to excellence has brought him along way, starting out with Urban Pacific Builders back in January of 2005 where he directed the sales effort for The Pan-American Lofts proudly sitting at the corner of 3rd & Broadway, an 1897 building classified by the Los Angeles conservancy as a “Historical Monument”. In late 2006 Randelle was recruited by Portland Oregon powerhouse developer “The South Group” to lead a vision for the block between 11th & 12th streets bordered by Grand Ave and Hope. Later this empty lot would house the first new residential properties in 25 years, as well as the first “leed” certified residential properties EVER!! A 3 tower, 720 unit mega-plex that is today known as Evo, Luma and Elleven. Late 2008 brought Randelle’s talents into The Financial District where he worked hand and hand with the developers, builders and archetects of another Historical Building, The Roosevelt. This mammoth property sitting on 7th Street between Flower & Hope was in need of attention. Randelle was brought on by Milbank Realty Group as Consultant and Director of Sales, Marketing and ultimately Leasing. His knowledge, character and personality was utilized as the city watched the transformation and rededication of one of downtowns most sought after address’s. This transformation introduced 119 high end condo/lofts into an area that was desperately calling out for a residential component. Randelle served that building until late 2013. 2014 brought Randelle over to one of downtown’s preeminent resale brokerages joining forces with The Loft Exchange, where he served as V.P/Director of Sales and later Associate Broker until mid 2015.
