Additionally the booming Avenue, one block east of Mateo and a few blocks west of the LA river will house Warner Music’s new headquarters, who after many years in Burbank the music powerhouse has signed a 10 year lease in the Old Ford Factory Building at 777 Santa Fe Ave.
The Soho Warehouse’s new west coast hotel now calls 1000 Santa Fe in downtown it’s new home boasting a spectacular rooftop pool, restaurant, bar and Tuscan gardens to it’s private members. The latest addition is Honey, the online coupon startup that has been turning heads just signed a long term lease of the historic Coca Cola building on 4th & Traction where they have set up shop in 132,000sf of sprawling warehouse space where over 175 employee’s are ready are in place. Needless to say, The Arts District has arrived and shows no signs of stopping!

There is one mega experience that has been drawing them into The Arts District from Santa Monica to Sherman Oaks for the past year; The Row-DTLA, housed in the former American Apparel manufacturing facility at 7th & Alameda. Larger lofts out here, more square footage, but prices have jumped.
