You will be able to access all buildings and the current loft/condos for sale and for lease in each of them. From the booming Arts District and the growing Historic Core to The Financial & Fashion Districts, Downtown Los Angeles neighborhoods are thriving. Newer districts like City West have exploded with popularity as well as the long time downtown staples like Bunker Hill and Little Tokyo.
Growth and Expansion
The growth and expansion of downtown Los Angeles is really something to be admired, a true destination for not only local angelinos but for the international community as well. The “cranes” continue to rise, massive new construction projects like the Historic Core’s Perla standing tall on the SE corner of Broadway and 4th Streets. Billion dollar South Park projects Oceanwide & Metropolis have increased the visibility in the LA Live area. Every District has grown and each will only increase value for it’s respective neighborhoods.
Each district offers something different, whether you are a “South Parker” with the newer construction or an old school Bunker Hill type, DTLA has it. Maybe you are the “artsy” type into the low key warehouse brewery’s and cafe’s then The Arts District may be your spot. There are many who love the The Grand Central Market then you may enjoy The Historic Core and The Old Bank District. City West is a District that is fast becoming a popular destination with buildings like 1100 Wilshire anchoring the district. Little Tokyo has been a fixture for many years with some of the best Sushi bars, shopping and restaurants in downtown for locals to enjoy.
A Downtown Los Angeles; A District For Everyone!
What ever you’re into there is a district in DTLA for you. I remember when I first came to Downtown, back in 2005, a time when not much was here. I used to travel out to the west side of LA and meet with the big local brokerages encouraging them to bring their buying clients into downtown. Projecting to them, “can you imagine something called LA Live, a Ralphs, Whole foods, CVS etc? Fast forward 15 years later and my phone rings off the hook, no more projecting and encouraging, we built it and they came!
