From the Historic Core to The Arts District, Randelle has been there representing clients for over 15 years! His commitment to excellence has brought him a long way. Starting out with Urban Pacific Builders back in January of 2005. Randelle directed the sales efforts The Pan-American Lofts currently located at the corner of 3rd & Broadway. Pan-Am is an 1897 building classified by the Los Angeles Conservancy as a “Historical Monument”. In late 2006 Randelle was recruited by Portland Oregon powerhouse developer “The South Group” to lead a vision for Evo/Luma/Elleven, the block between 11th & 12th streets bordered by Grand Ave and Hope. Later this empty lot would house the first new residential properties in 25 years. They would also become labeled as the first “Leed” certified residential properties downtown.
Late 2008 brought Randelle’s talents into The Financial District. There he worked hand and hand with the developers of another Historical Building. The Roosevelt lofts a mammoth property sitting on the NE corner of 7th & Flower and was in bad need of attention. This transformation introduced 119 high-end condo/lofts into an area that was desperately calling out for a residential component. Randelle served that building until late 2013. 2014 brought Randelle over to one of downtown’s preeminent resale brokerages. There he joined forces with The Loft Exchange, where he served as V.P/Director of Sales and later as Associate Broker until mid-2015.
